Terms of Sale:
Prices quoted are for animals picked up at the farm. Shipping costs
and health certificates are the responsibility of the buyer. Additional
charges including kennels and any additional testing required for transport
or done at the requested of the buyer, such as for TB or Bruc., will be
added to your bill.
Visit our breeding schedule to pre-order
kids. Prices quoted for pre-ordered kids are applicable for kids
up to six weeks of age. If you would like to reserve a kid, we require
a $50.00 deposit with the balance being due within14 days upon of notification
of birth. Include your first and second choice kids along with your deposit.
Deposits are accepted in the order they are received. If the kid
of your choice is not born we will either refund your deposit or apply
it to another kid at your request.. There are no refunds on canceled orders.
All kids are subject to prior sale unless we have a specific order with
a deposit. We reserve the right to retain any animal for herd replacement.
A $100.00 deposit will hold the animal of your choice (if already born)
for 30 days,
while shipping arrangements are made. After 30 days a boarding
fee of $1.50 per
day may apply.
If it is possible to ship out of our local airport in Fargo, ND
(FAR) there is
no airport delivery charge. However, if it is necessary to use fly out of the
Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airpor (4 hours
one way) a delivery charge
will be nessary to cover our expenses.

(section XIX, page 113 & 114 in the 2004 ADGA Guidebook).
